If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange or refund policy. Simply return the item to us in its original and unworn condition.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
For online orders, please email us your order number along with the details of your exchange or return request at info@lekir.com. Our Online Concierge Team will respond to you within 3 working days.
If you made an in-store purchase, please contact our Retail Concierge Team at the store where the purchase was made.
Time Frame for Requests
We accept exchange and refund requests within 7 days of receiving your online order and within 7 days of receipt for in-store purchases. Regrettably, requests made after these periods will not be entertained.
Refunds in-store Credit(Not Available)
For your convenience, all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. This applies to both online and in-store purchases. Online purchases will receive online store credit, while in-store purchases will receive in-store credit.
Exchange & Returns Process
All requests for exchange and returns will be processed after we receive and carefully assess the returned items. Please ensure that the items are returned with their labels intact, in their original packaging, and with the accompanying receipt. Kindly allow up to 7 working days for us to process and fulfill your request. No exchange or refund will be initiated until we have received the returned parcel or if any of the mentioned conditions are not met.
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that discounted items, including those purchased with coupons, vouchers, gift vouchers, discount codes, and items from the Accessories Collection, are not eligible for exchange or return.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges/Returns
Shipping costs for both exchanges and returns will be the responsibility of the customer. LEKIR will only cover shipping costs for faulty goods and instances of incorrect order fulfillment.
